Most orders ship in 2 weeks or less! If your order is very large (over 250 pcs) the production time may be delayed.
We do have a 6 piece minimum order, but don't worry, you can mix and match hat styles to easily hit that minimum!
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the nature of each item being customized with your logo
Our default process will be to match the colors in your uploaded design unless you specify in the order notes. We have a large selection of threads that will be able to match your logo colors closely
We offer FREE setup / digitizing for the first embroidered location. While many places charge $30, $40 or even $50 to set up your logo, we believe you will love our service so much you'll be back for more!
Not all designs are good for embroidery, especially not photographs. Some elements and detail may be removed or simplified in order to create the cleanest look.
An image of the stitch file will be emailed for approval for custom logos only.
Each order requires a 6 piece minimum and each of those items must use the same logo. We do this in order to help reduce your cost by running the jobs in bulk. In order to use multiple logos, you would have to place a separate order.
