Refund policy

On custom decorated items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on non-defective items. Once apparel has been decorated with your logo, it cannot be undecorated or reused, and therefore it cannot be returned.

If you receive a product you are unhappy with, we will make every effort to correct the problem and get you a replacement. If the product is unacceptable due to our error or the manufacturer’s error, we will replace the product at no additional charge. If a product was ordered incorrectly, we will make every effort to find an acceptable solution. Please feel free to contact us as soon as you find something you are not pleased with.
